Am I alone in thinking Social Distortion kinda blows? Definitely doesn't deserve the popularity that they get. I do enjoy a good handful of their songs but for the most part...they're pretty god damn boring. Mike Ness is also the biggest douche bag on the planet.
Good shit indeed(but no Nathaniel Mayer) A place in Boston has sealed reissues of the fortune lps for 13.99. They even have NS t-shirts! I have a VG+ copy of Mind over Matter 45, if anyone wants to workout a trade
Man, I dont know why but those Sam Cooke live albums have never clicked with me. I know that they should and I tried and tried. Maybe I just hit them in the wrong mood. I gotta go back and try them again...
Live @ the Copa is DEFINITELY like that...really boring. "Harlem Square Club" is way more rockin'.
If you're just guitar and drums you better be doing something mindblowing and this shit is not mindblowing by a long shot. Oh well.
