And Jon Drew's recording of the new Fucked Up LP is awesome.  It sounds huge.  The Career Suicide LP he recorded is going to blow you all away.

are you talking about attempted suicide?

Mike, I'm 20 and I go to school in the MAJOR east coast city of harrisonburg, va. I come on here when i'm not extremely busy sitting on the porch drinking a 40. I go see bands whenever I can, play a few shows whenever I can, and I'm making it my mission to have government warning play at our house and completely destroy it once we're all moved in. that's about it.

I got Wolf Creek instead. Man, that movie FUCKING SUCKED.

I got fucking conned into seeing this movie in the theater and when it was over, this dude yells out, FUCK THIS MOVIE. 10 bucks I'll never get back. Seriously, fuck this movie. On a related note, the hills have eyes remake was brutal. There was a girl sitting next to me sobbing in the theater when I saw it.

Steve...thank you for that.

Scott, your take on cronenberg's "scanners"?
Sweet's desolation boulevard?
Your favorite dangerhouse single?
veggie burgers? do you eat them? I eat meat but I've been known to occasionally opt for a boca burger.

Is it just me, or does Timmy Vulgar look like Ron Howard's brother?

When I saw him, that's the very first thing that went through my head. A punk rock version of Clint Howard.

YES! I've been trying to put my finger on who he reminded me of and clint howard is dead on.

I HIGHLY second scott's recommendation of that davies' book, fifth business. Definitely the top of the list of books I read in high school.

Scott, speaking of cheap trick:

your take on my thinking that he's a whore is the BEST cheap trick song?

(and I think their second song was calledf "A Shot Of Whiskey and a Flaming Dice Tatoo

I can't think of a more perfect RAWKing song title then a shot of whiskey and a flaming dice tattoo. on a completely related note, last night at dennys we saw this idiot with a long leather trenchcoat and huge furry leopard print cowboy hat. this dude rawked so hard I almost lost my appetite. Needless to say I invited him back to hang out and we listened to the supersuckers for six hours.

Also, what's your take on Black Flag's version of "Wasted" vis-a-vis the Circle Jerks rendition? While we're at it, what is your take on circle jerks? I'm not talking about the band.

I'm not Scott, but I have to say that for me, personally, it's black flag's version, no question.

SCOTT. what's your take on the following:

puking up blood: how long should i wait before another night of heavy drinking? a few days?

those 5 ramones demos from '75 being better than their rerecorded counterparts

the fact that tesco vee, as crazy as he was, had a son dane who was a little bitch and didnt like to have any fun? as a side note one time he rode roller skates holding onto a rope while tesco vee was pulling him in his car, until he hit a branch and smashed into the ground and was bleeding all over the place.

Richard, what's your take on Booker T? Every time I try to watch some WWE these days, just for kicks, this guy ruins it for me. Toally lame, or am I missing something? How is this guy an ex-champ and holding the US Title? Snoozeville...Do you think maybe Vince is just using him as a token brother?

I'm not Richard Adventure, but I personally agree that he is totally boring. There was one point where he was kinda amusing, when he was all into voodoo and was generally pretty creepy/insane. But now...come on.

Scott,

What's your take on college-age cock blocks? As a sophomore in college, iits very frustrating, and quite typical of weekends. it's 3 am and i just got back from a party where i was cockblocked not once, but twice. what's with these chicks? why not just let their friends get a good ol' fashioned banging?! I had electric warrior all set to go too. i was totally planning on bangin to it.
