Essential Midwest garage scuzz fuckedness. Four songs that document the ever evolving sounds of this two piece from Madison, WI. Bobby and Heather have been at it for years releasing a handful of great singles and two fantastic LP's. They prove that you don't have to stick to a formula to be great but to truly be great one must expand and explore new sounds. Fuck that glockenspiel is awesome!
The Hussy intermingles Eradicator throughout this release with a cover of The Midwest Beats "Molly Molly" and having a naked Zech from Charlie and the Skunks on the cover.
The Hussy "Stab Me" first song of their single.

'New records up in the distro and some restocks. Lots more on the way too. I'll keep you posted.

Also, if you haven't picked up the Crisis Hotlines 7" on yellow vinyl now's the time. Very few left.
The first batch of Moscow Moscow Moscow "Hammer, Sickles and Girls" flew out of here. I printed up a couple hundred more with two different covers. Both on red vinyl.
We only have a hand full of the Horribly Wrong LP left before the 2012 repress comes out.

What started in NJ 15 years ago with a tape has come full fruit in Indiana with 22 releases with a lot more lined up.
Come celebrate 15 years of awesome bands and awesome records!
http://eradicatorrecords.blogspot.com/

We're starting the day off right with a cookout at 5PM at Castle Greyskull(email me if you don't know where it is). There will be some food and beverages available but please feel free to bring your own.
...There will also be some live bands in the backyard.

When the sun goes down we'll head over to The Bishop to finish the night off with a late night Eradicator showcase. It's only 5 bucks to help the touring bands and there will be free shit and cheap shit. Bands start at midnight.
Come on up and have a real good time!

The Midwest Beat-Madison WI
With a slew of records on Dusty Medical / Wild Honey / Duck on Monkey / Tax Return / Eradicator.
Stuck in the tuneful 1960s, Madison's The Midwest Beat play with jukebox-ready tunes that are mercilessly concise, relentlessly uptempo, and saturated in ooh-ahh vocal harmonies. If anything, the average Midwest Beat song is overstuffed?a smidge too fast, too eager to please, too damn infectious. They could clearly play this stuff forever, yet ?Belladonna,? their recent split cassette single with fellow travelers Cave Weddings, is a ramshackle acoustic number that suggests they may already be headed towards their Between The Buttons era. Still, most of their tracks, like the rollicking call-and-response rave-up ?Need You Badly,? could be smuggled onto an old Pebbles comp without causing any crate-diggers to bat an anachronistic eye. If anything, they?d probably turn it up.

The Hussy-Madison WI
If you missed them at Garage in the Basement now's your chance to catch em.
From The AV Club/The Onion - Fall 2010 - Preview of our upcoming LP on Slow Fizz! - "For the last few years, this duo of Madisonian garage-punks has been cranking out infectious two-minute blasts of conversational shouting, hissing guitar riffs, and rhythmic pummeling from drummer Heather Sawyer. After a couple of seven-inches, vocalist-guitarist Bobby Hussy?s spastic, guitar-trashing live presence has been put to tape for an entire album."

Moscow Moscow Moscow-Bloomington, IN
Local little fathers with two 7"s on Eradicator.

Day Time BBQ at Castle Greyskull

Punk Talk-Lafayette, IN
Members of Sweet Sixteens and Charlie and the Skunks first show in Bloomington.

Vacation Club-Indianapolis, IN
Vacation Club are a 4 piece from Indiana. They play what I?d call the bubbledumb pop that so many kids are getting in a tizzy about these days! Definitely for fans of Nobunny and other Indiana superstars The Happy Thoughts and the Sweet Sixteens. They?re definitely a high caliber bubbledumb outfit who understands the basis of the genre is really well crafted 60sesque pop shimmer.

Space and Time-Indianapolis, IN(members of Happy Thoughts, Vacation Club)

Chris Benedyk-Indianapolis, IN
Doing stuff by himself or with someone else or something.

More TBA
