Metallica/Queensryche in March of '89 at the Civic Arena.

First club show later that same year: Fates Warning/Gothic Slam/Powermad (the metal band in Wild At Heart). I won free tickets from a local radio station and was all geeked up. My pal wasn't allowed to to go because of some impending snow...

So it was just me and mom.

Country/Rockabilly section.
Large everything else section (Punk, Garage, Rock, R&B, Hip Hop, Comps, Soundstracks ).
10" section.
Metal Section (where Motorhead but not AC/DC is kept).

Each section is #'s followed by A-Z. Comps/Sountracks are filed by title. Splits are filed by who I like the best. To make things easy I've filed all artists by first letter (Ipod style) which voids any sorta "Hawkins, Screamin' Jay" or "Paul Collins Beat " issue. Although that may have been a bad idea in retrospect, because I just feel a little stupid going to "R" for Roky Erickson or "J" for Johnny Cash.
