New store update with some really sick stuff, including a bunch from Europe that it doesn't seem like many others are carrying right now in the US. 4 Lp's from Swiss cult artist Die Welttraumforscher, been a slight obsession since my friend Zully at Goaty Tapes did a tape compilation of some of his earlier stuff. 3 12"s of some of the earliest Siglo XX material (highly recommended), De Brassers book +7" containing 4 tracks from 1980....the book is so cool, full photos on every page with text in English and Belgian, early Carl Matthews tape reissued on LP by my favorite German reissue label Bureau B, more Henning Christiansen LP's, so Indonesian electronic music from Otto Sidharta, Robbie Basho's masterpiece "Venus in Cancer" and last but not least a beautiful reissue of Akiko Yano's "Tadaima" (YMO fans take note!) Love you guys....thanks for keeping the store going for another year!

Buy this! Because it's a great LP and so Ryan can continue the Scavenger of Death legacy.

Did the Fuzz guy on the left not get his boot order in on time?

Or his leather pants!

Nothing really happened label wise this year....but hopefully the Cube LP i've had planned happens. Closer on the Horizon are tapes from newer Atlanta groups including Blammo (Tyler from Mutual Jerk my friend Sarah), Warm Red (Bryan from Nurse/Uniform, Jacob from death Stuff, and Tony from Background), and a new Nightcleaner tape (damaged psych from All The Saints guitarist Matt Lambert). Stoic Clown demo at some point. Would love to release a bunch more, but hey its hard enough to sell other peoples records.

What is the most recent batch?

not sure what you are asking.  current d-beat bands is the answer I guess.  i wouldnt think of impalers as d-beat (im not crazy about them in particular).  totalitar though, just whatever.  i dont like music anyway so dont look into what im say too much.

Totalitar started in 1984 and haven't put out a record in over a decade...donno if that makes them part of the current crop of bands...

like someone stated earlier...it goes for any genre...folks milking a band that had 3 demo tapes (coneheads) to death....boring ass garage punk....ska.....beethove n...every genre has their leaders and followers and the people who take it to their own private island and make it their own.
