I don't care about anything except March 6th

I assume this is about Mass Effect. I built a new PC about 18 months back and got a whole bunch of games to celebrate. One of which was Mass Effect 2. It got lost in the shuffle and I never got around to playing more than the first couple of hours or so until this week. It really is quite amazing. Still many hours to go but I think I'll be ready for 3 when it comes out.

I work in insurance and have a bunch of records. I have them insured as part of my standard home contents insurance. I have it all catalogued etc as OP has done. I'm not entirely sure why they would decline renewal but then I'm not in the USA and can't really comment on how the industry works there. If you are having real problems getting cover I'd suggest contacting an insurance broker. It'll be a little more expensive but he/she will be able to contact multiple underwriters and do the work for you. This all comes down to the size of your collection.

To be honest, as an underwriter myself, if you have $200K or something insane in records and live in a shitty neighbourhood I probably wouldn't cover you either.

Oblivians - Live at Barristers LP - pretty fucking kick-ass. Great sound.

This arrived in the mail today. I was sick as fuck with flu, in bed feeling sorry for myself and watching the first season of The Wire (again). I eventually built up the strength to put it on: within 5 mins I was up and dressed with a glass of wine in my hand feeling heaps better. I bare witness to the healing powers of Rock n Roll. Awesome record.

It Should be noted that that The Pierced Arrow's "Caroline" is fucking awesome. It may be my favourite Toody track.
