i don't think it's as bad as the maggots in the gums one, though.....that pic ruined my appetite, gave me a nightmare, and made me start a new, more extensive dental care routine (which is actually not a bad thing)....

the finger picture is just lamprey mouths photoshopped onto two fingers.  loosk good, but not real at all.

The reason the finger pic works so well is that I suspect it is a medical pic to begin with, you can see the fingers have non-photo-shopped swelling/infections around the edges so the mouths probably got superimposed over something non-healthy to begin with. Our eyes just pick up on the total package.

Looks to me like some champ taking pride in his calloused fingers after a little geetar and snapping a shot with delusions of female adoration on his laptop.
