I just put out an album for FREE download from this guy. He's an ex-member of Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti (he played alongside John Maus, and R.Stevie Moore - oh and Ariel of course). It's Maus-esque, industrial, 80s, wonderful.

When I saw him, he had an almost Wavves-like meltdown on stage, super-stoned and complaining about the monitors the whole show. The harmonies sounded really good, though, and close to how they do on record.

I thought that was part of his act. He had a guitar, but he didn't touch it once.

Fantastic show! Not in league with the recent shows I've seen with The Intelligence and Nobunny/R'n'R Adv Kids...but still a damn fine gig. I detest my job and whatnot at the moment, but that show got me smiling again.
