i might have one with a trashed sleeve, i'll look around. the only inserts are taang trade/label lists.

got this one. EX, clean shape. St. Paul address. the only issue is it has a small 4 digit # written in pen inside the sleeve, bottom right corner. not sure of it's relevance if any.

i need Germs Forming 1st press insert,
