All torrent sites are mac compatible, get transmission to handle torrent downloads.

Indietorrents is great for getting rips of stuff I already have/not spending almost 20 bucks on a record i don't know if ill even like. The requests section is pretty great too, people generally can find almost anything you want. If you still need an invite, pm me if you can keep a decent ratio.

For every person that still buys records after downloading them, I would guess there are several others who say they are too broke to spend money on records they really enjoy. Or several others who would never even think of purchasing the music.

Oh I'd say the amount is much higher than several, but those really aren't the kind of people who would buy the record anyways, it's just one of those realities of the internet that you have to accept, indietorrents or no indietorrents. There's plenty of people who will enjoy the physical records as well, yet never buy them. And in some cases, I know I'm never gonna buy those retardedly limited ohsees splits, but hey, at least I was able to hear how much it stunk so i didn't feel bad about bein' left out. Not trying to get in a fight over downloading ethics, because that shit's stupid and the case varies with every label/release/band/person, but IT rules!

Would love an invite to indie torrents.  I'll trade a couple of records on Daggerman for one.

aninfection@yahoo.com

There was talk a while ago about a torrent site that's primarily for foreign and art films.  I can't remember the name, but I'll trade records for an invite to that one too.

That will be cinematik. I don't have any invites though I'm afraid.

A few people sent invites to indietorrents so I don't need that anymore.  Thanks for the help.  Dullknife, you were first, so send me a pm or email if you want any records in exchange.

Would be stoked on a Cinematik invite still, if anyone's holding.

This site rules. I don't care about waiting to hear a record after you've ordered it, or about taking a chance on a record you're not sure about. If I like it I'll buy it, and since I've downloaded it I can now make a cdr to listen to in my car, or slap it on my shitty ipod(hopefully I haven't lost it). I'm all for it, and it is good exposure for smaller bands.
