Both "The Game" and "King of Kings" were commissioned by HHH after Jim Johnston couldn't come up with a theme that was "gritty" enough. (I had to look that up)

Not picking up on any of the current convos on this thread, but reliving my childhood through an SNES emulator and playing WWF RAW on a 100" projector with my 5 year old son is one of the coolest things I've done in my adult life.

Except I need to find out if I can patch out DOINK, I can't believe that was a real thing.

G1 Climax is hot right now too. I'm rooting for Naito. Love that guy. Michael Elgin is doing some incredible work there too. Tanahashi. Okada. Fuuuck.
