Also, I think most people walk into bad situations. Not saying it's their own fault, but it kinda is.alot of the time.

Despite all of Kevin's racist ramblings, I do agree that people do stupid stuff.  When I lived in a terrible neighborhood where my neighbors got mugged all of the time, I stopped walking home alone late at night, whereas other people in my building kept doing it and continued to get mugged.

Basically if you avoid rowdy teens in empty places late at night you're probably mostly safe.  As we've said in other threads, it's always the teenagers that mug the white kids cuz we're easy targets. 

I liked living with Kevin though, made me feel safe.  If he was home, Tina and I would make him answer the door late at night.

Also, it's funny, I understand how/why this shit happens, but teenagers do not scare me. Not even in groups. I think one of the problems with white people is they're not crazy enough. If some group of black kids come up to me and try pushing me around, I'll literally gnaw their fuckin' nuts off if I have too. I'm not afraid to stab someone or choke them to death. When I was sixteen years old I remember walking through the ghettos of Philly with two cases of beer and when some negress came up to me to fuck with me, I just sat down and shared a beer with her. The reason why black people see white people as easy prey is because they are. Stop being prey and you're there, man. Let them know that you're twice the motherfucker they could ever hope to be. When I used to battle rap all the time, I was the only white person in the place, the only other non black there was my friend InJohn (indian) who would be calling everyone "Last Sons of Kypton" to their face. I knew that for all their drug talk that I slang more shit then they ever did and was far more of a gangsta than they could ever hope to be. You let yer balls swing and those niggas can smell it out of yer pants. That's how you roll through the ghetto.

I've never been mugged, although I did get stabbed in a rap battle once. I still won.

i could never be intimidating to anyone.   i've never been mugged or messed with, but i've always told myself that if i'm about to be robbed or jumped, that i would just start acting absolutely insane / schizo - screaming, flailing, etc.

My friend Yva is Venezuelan.  She prolly falls prey to this shit because she is a small and doesn't take shit from anyone, especially some fucker trying to take her money, so she'll swing back and try and kill a dude rather than flee.  Unfortunately, since she is a petite women and doesn't carry a weapon she easily gets overpowered by the aggressor.  She needs to carry a weapon or move outta the neighborhood.

The only time I've been mugged was in my own neighborhood in my own hometown when I was 20.  Walking home late with a friend from the coffee house, came upon a group of white wanksters outside a house.  Next thing I know a gun was pointed at my head.   My friend got chased to the grass, tackled and pistol whipped.  I got thrown down on the street and kicked repeatedly to the head till I went black. They took our combined 7 dollars and sped off in the car.

A couple months later that house blew up.
