I like the pictures of your new place.  I was only trying to get you going on some geography shit. Carry on...

I went fishing on the West Twin River in Shoto a few times.  One time, a girl drowned very near where I was fishing, but I didn't know about it til' I saw it on the news that night...

T'rivers is like .3 miles from Manty, come on here!
you say that, but its not really true.  its a half hour drive from our old house to the new one.  its actually over a half hour from our new house to the closest wal mart, which used to be only 5 minutes away.  when i go to cash my weekly unemployment check it is now something that takes an hour and a half instead of twenty minutes.  it also takes close to a full gallon of gas which further increases costs.

moving has made me all too aware how far it is in terms of time.  exit to exit, green bay to manitowoc is only a 35 minute drive, yet thats how long it takes me to get to wal mart now.

would you say green bay and manitowoc are only .3 miles apart?

its not distance that matters as much as actual driving time.  from city limits to city limits it is only about 6 miles, but from wal mart to our new house is more like 14.

DUDE

One of my patients yesterday is a Two Rivers native...a snowbird that
also owns a small house in Benson AZ with her hubby. She was about 80...
had to have her knee done and she was totally chill and cool and a good patient.

She told me some cool things about that area...some of which you already covered.

She didnt call me a nig tho.

I was hoping this would be a thread about Robert Jordan's famed fantasy book series, "The Wheel of Time." I'm really disappointed.

i am talking about driving time, motherfucker.  remember, i delivered pizzas?  i dont live in downtown two rivers and i didnt live in downtown manitowoc.

from my new house to wal mart is over 17 miles one way.  its a half hour drive.

from my old house to green bay is 34 miles, but only 37 minutes.

so you see, to cash my check each week used to be a 5 minute drive.  now its a half hour, which is damn close to how long it took to get from my old house to green bay!!!

so if my old house is "like .3 miles" from my new one, then it is "like .4 miles" to green bay.  its not the distance that matters so much as time anyways.  the fact is its just as inconvenient for me to get where i want to go in manitowoc as it would be driving to green fucking bay.
