I think the fact that Kim Wilde is English makes this song even better.

The Naked Aggression version is not; however, it was the best song on whatever horrible album that song came out on. Boy, did I ever regret that purchase, and I liked quite a bit of crap at the time too. Feel like it may also have been the best song on that Lawnmower Deth album Billy if that's the album that song came out on, it's been a very long time since I heard that Naked Aggression album, but it's been even longer since I've heard that Lawnmower Deth album.

"I'm a rad republican
I'll gladly sign the draft again
Cause I'm a proud American --that's right!
Ronnie Reagan he's my man
If he can't do it no one can
America rules!"

I'm partial to this gem:

"I don't see how things could get any worse,
I'm so full of angst that I could burst!
This downward trend has got to be reversed.
Sieg Heil, mofos! AMERIKA FIRST!"

I changed my mind ... I find Poison Idea's 'Just to Get Away' has all of the values held dear by America: telling your boss to fuck off, guns, booze, cars and underage girls.
