AO, rejoice: there is now a book written by Dave Grohl's mom about raising a rock star kid. Perfect fix for your average Foo Fighters fanatic (I count myself!).

YES!!!

How valuable is your time that you'd consider not watching it?

Rob V from I Attack got in a fight with a moldy oldy punker at the premiere. Every time one of the out of touch old farts declared punk dead, Rob shouted "Pilsen".

It is funny that all of these Chi Fossils who act like pioneers were basically second wave trendies. Most of these geriatrics dropped out WAY early and are still milking their lineage. Fugk these mustache punks.

I watched half of it around when it came out...remember it being well done, enjoying it, but I don't know why I never finished it...

I was listening to the soundtrack on youtube...that scene produced a lot of mediocre shit. I would probably still watch it, though.

I assume everyone already has seen them all, but if you haven't you can watch most of the BBC Four music documentaries on youtube.    There are a couple different playlists that archive them all on youtube and when one goes down, they tend to find another version:

The Fall, Kate Bush, Pink Floyd, "King of Glam", "Anarchy on the BBC", etc.

My library had that Stooges doc. that just came out, but I don't feel like watching it. Am I missing anything? I've been Stooged-out since I was 21 (I didn't have a lot of fun).

Yayy I just found this documentary made of outtakes from 1991 The Year Punk Broke, which was a very important video for me when it came out.... it is pretty much just like having an extra hour of the original documentary: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0W9ZSDq4E0&t=907s
