Cool.  I have a friend who lives at 100-somethin' Guernsey I think on the next block down.  Are you in a house or something?  I thought it was all residential right around there.

Yeah, it's pretty residential. We're tucked away, operating out of a built out former warehouse space in the Kemado/Mexican Summer building.

The store is really nice, and the Studio is off the charts. Worth a trip for sure, and Guernsey is one of the best little streets in Greenpoint.
