as for the kids song, i just thought it was about wanting a job in the city...something i can very easily relate to.  "im comin down for the money and not for the friends".  if the abortion thing is true, thats cool, but (fortunately) i cant relate to it as much then.  either way its toooo fucking rock n roll

Yeah, my whole interpretation of that song is based on the fact that I thought that lyric was something about the money being "not for rent". It's a pretty big leap either way.

haha Kids lyrics can be tricky sometimes...in the verse i still dont know if hes saying "im not a hard workin man" or "hard rockin man" but either makes sense
