Are you saying that based on the general populace's standards? 'Cause I actually say the same thing a lot of times based on the fact that most of my favorite bands are inept retards that don't play 12-minute guitar solos. I mean, if you show your average 'rock music' fan stuff like The Hospitals, Electric Eels, Pussy Galore, The Urinals, Liimanarina, etc. you'd probably get a fifteen-minute treatise on the wonders of Neal Pert. So in that respect I see where you're coming from. But otherwise clue me in...
