i honestly can't think of a better band to listen to when you're in a hateful, spiteful, 'wanna kill everybody' mood.  the brainbombs come close, but i think eyehategod's got it down to a science.  i once read a review where the reviewer described it as 'the feeling i get when i'm stuck in traffic coming home from work'.  yeah... that does it... sisterfucker

The ]Ruptured Heart Theory 7" on Bovine is their best. Essential.

totally agree - they're on top of my "NEED TO SEE LIVE" list - somehow i missed them in the past when they played Belgium - are these guys still touring?

my favorite song of theirs is the b-side, Story of the Eye.  fucking brilliant....  i think dopesick is my favorite album, in the name of suffering a close second. 
i saw them play in seattle about 6 years ago, absolutely brutal, intense... exactly what you'd imagine.  they're new cd (kind of, like an odds and ends thing), preaching the end time message is great
