Tell me more.  I still haven't heard this band.  Seriously.

Similar intent to Spacemen 3, but less sinister and overtly druggy, and more trancelike and pastoral.  I s'pose they have more in common with My Bloody Valentine's better moments.  I'm more partial to the self-titled LP, but I recently found a copy of "Further" on vinyl and it never fails to induce the midday coma.  They are "pretty," I guess, but don't let that push you off.  Farmland psych.  Or something.

I certainly have nothing against "pretty" and have long needed to own or hear something from this band.

Hell, as long as they are they are a slight bit "spacey" I might dig it alot...

Anybody here like F/i (Milwaukee space-rock outfit)?

I used to own a couple of F/i records. They're alright.

FSA are more "languid" than S3. Not bad. In a similar vein - Jessamine. Another good Milwaukee project is Vockesh, though that's more of a jammy groove psych thing.

Starting place for Jessamine, Todd?  I downloaded a buncha shit a long time ago, but I barely even remember listening to it.  You know how that goes.

I like the "S/T" album. I think it was their first release. It's hard to "get" this kinda stuff through downloading than a lot of other kinds of music, I think. There's one especially great Jessamine song on that album (the rest is good), and if I remember the title I'll post it here.
