I have no idea how old he is, but he's mentioned seeing bands in the mid-60s, meaning he's got to be 50+, right? 1966-2006 = 40 years right there, I'm sure he was older than 10 when he saw his first bands. Maybe 50, not 55?

I think Todd is about right for the age.  I'd say Coley was cued into the right stuff about age 14 or 15 so 55 would be right. Plus you see him in the Jandek and 1/2 Jap movies and he is in his early mid 40s.

When I met Byron Coley I was smoking hash and he was wearing sandles.

Second time I met him, he was with his kid and Thurston Moore (yes they are two different people).
