Rocker, definitely. I wore a dress WITH SNEAKERS to a barbeque at Jeff G.'s house a month ago and you guys bugged me about it all night ("Wow, could this be a new look for you?" - Simon!)

Last night I finally got to explore Youtube for a few hours on someone else's computer, hooked up to an amazing sound system.  Between the mind-blowing Ike & Tina stuffand Celtic Frost on Swiss TV circa '85, I couldn't choose either.  

Well, OK, I choose Ike & Tina, but I'm glad I don't really have to, and stuff like the Count V with go-go girls, Saints at Paddington Hall '77, Undertones videos, Creation '66 and so on doesn't make it any easier.

Yeah, I remember that was right after I'd gone out with the girl who was flabbergasted that anyone would think to wear sneakers on a "first date".  Definitely neither a mod nor a rocker.
