I guess there is a band called ACxDC and another called Stations... I correctly predicted both of these trends. 2017 will bring odd punctuation and the return of inappropriate capitalization band names like:

CriTical;xPlicit and gR33D[compleXX]

I'm not suggesting this is a good trend, but my prognostication [skills] are strong.

Italicized band names has never been a thing. That'll be in 2018.

also wanted to form a dual band situation. one band called the Gin Doctors, the other the Spin Blossoms. Both bands are Gin Blossoms/Spin Doctors cover bands from the same city. the whole schtick is that they are at odds with each other due to who thought of it first, so when you book one band, the other band shows up and it just turns into a huge fight. you'd only have to learn a couple tunes since each show would be cut short due to fighting.

also an all gay KISS cover band called the KISS Navy
