Looking to rent steady Thursdays in NYC practice space

Amici:

I'm looking to rent a four- or five-hour block every Thursday night, and sometimes an additional weekend night, for the next couple months.  Perhaps your band doesn't need that night?  Or perhaps you could use a few extra bucks for beer and ____?

I usually rent hourly studios but I'm about to start rehearsing for a forthcoming recording project, we need bigger blocks of time, and Sweatshop et al are a bit too pricey for those purposes ($15/hour at a minimum, often more.)

Don't need nuttin' fancy, just a room with a couple cabs or combos and a drum set. 

I know: it's a weird request, but nothing else makes sense.  Suggestions are most welcome.
