Who needs a practice space in Oakland? (jack london rehearsal)

There's space available in a room at Jack London Rehearsal downtown oakland.  We just lost a band in our space/share and need another so we can all afford it. 

Down on 2nd/3rd st. across the street from oakland Metro.  really big room shared with 3 other groups.  smells like Musk and Malditos and Lemon Sessions
