Memphis in two weeks--Place to stay near Goner

Heading out to Memphis in two weeks and looking for a place to stay in/near Cooper-Young.
Missed the Airbnb window for the one place that could fit 7 people.
What's out there? Would like to avoid downtown if possible.

Place secured!
Its been a while since I've been in Memphis (Gonerfest 9).  Anything I shouldn't miss out on? (Have hit the main stuff before: Lorraine, Stax, Gus's, Graceland2).
Food/drink/shows, recreating Tom Cruise running around all night in the Firm?

Pilgrim House hostel is half a block away and cheap.
