Dogs have that aggressive barking shit going on, but cats have a certain snotty arrogance to them. Hard to tell.

Cats and doggos are both wonderful. Some of my favorite people are cats and dogs.

If a dog or cat needs a home, we always make room. That said, I've had 10 cat family members and only a few doggos. When we pick up stray doggers, we can usually find a good home for them. Stray cats are hard to rehome because most cat people have 3, 4, or 10.

I get tired of the dumb cat stereotypes though. They are as affectionate as dogs, just different. That said, I can call two of my cats and they will come running. Treat kitties right, and you'll have one on your lap and one on your shoulder.

fuck man, thats makes me itchy and sneezy just reading about it. don't mind canines or felines, just as long as they stay outside and off the fucking furniture.

Who'd want to be considered a cat person or dog person at all? Wasn't this a term originating in the 80s used by people outside the pet scene totally unfamiliar with any aspect of what pets are about?

When I here that term I think of Serena Doolittle and Handlers Of Rottweilers.

If cat owner or dog owner originally were disparaging terms pre-76/77 then cat/dog person was and always has been a joke term for cat/dog owners. Certainly outside the US anyway.  A bit of self respect there dudes! I'm no type of cat or dog person. But then I don't consider myself a bestialist either.
