Apparently Creeping Ritual Productions just released a 2nd edition of this one as there were copies floating on eBay.

However any other information is rather scarce, the copies are gone from eBay and sending email to them yielded no response (so far?). Anyone have any other information?

Yeah, Jacqui Pierce (Jeffrey's sister) and her husband Johnny are behind Creeping Ritual. (Jeffrey and Jacqui's mother Margie is still alive and well.) It's a real grassroots thing. It took them a very long time to make this happen and I know Jacqui is very proud of it. I don't think they have an online store dialed in, so they're just selling them on eBay. (I recall Jacqui mentioning they needed more feedback before they could post them en masse -- I'm kind of cloudy on that one and how eBay works.) More will be available soon. Jacqui and Johnny are great.
