Sir Henry is back this time on the relatively new label Lätta Bördor Records with a synth-fucked re-write of the Kinks classic You Really Got Me that lands close to Devo by way of Rolling Stones. It’s pretty dancey and really well produced. A dance-floor ready, brainless ditty. The real gem is the B-side to this 2 tracker. I Don’t Know Anything About Love, again doesn’t stray too far from the Devo influence again but ramps the speed up in that Hives kind of way. This is Sweden after all. Pretty great single with some really strong production and there are only 211 copies. If any of this sounds good it’s worth tracking down sooner than later! I

This is a synth punk release which features the singer of HENRY FIAT’S OPEN SORE. Although, through a little research, I found out this band has its trashy punk side and this is an alter ego. Of course I’m gonna go say DEVO and SCREAMERS for similarities. I’d like to hear a whole album of this.
