I'd like to get my hands on this one too.  I contacted the band, but they wanted 100$ for one!

These guys list the Epicycle LP for sale. I have never ordered from them before though, so I have no idea if they actually have it in stock..

how come this one's so much harder to find now than the other Rave Ups? Did they make less or did it just sell more?

Dont know the pressing info - but it seems like the better Raveup stuff (ie the ones w/o a bunch of terrible live stuff) disappears pretty fast.

I like a couple others a lot. But the Epicycle one is pretty tough to beat. My girlfriend even made me burn it to CD-R so she could bring it to work.

$100 for that record is insane. You can find their "Special First Edition" LP for around $30, and that has most of the best songs on the Rave Up on it + the sound quality is better. I think I paid $3 for mine, but that was a real score. Does anyone else notice a pronounced hiss on the Rave Up LP? Someone like Mike needs to do a complete reissue of the good Epicycle stuff and keep it in print. Those songs are amazing.

Yes, someone should do another reissue of this lp. That bastard would sell like fried batter, maybe! Also, that tape hiss is bothersome.
Jesus wept.

yeah my copy has really extreme hiss, but only in the left or right channel, I forget which. It's weird.
