No clue, but www.recordshopbase.com has 'em for like five bucks plus postage.

Hey Jeremy. When I was dating my ex way back when, I know we used to buy them somewhere. I'm thinking maybe at Tower. I'm sure there's somewhere in the states that has them. I'll ask him the next time I talk to him to see if he still buys them all of the time.

The guy I ran Ugly Pop with was a Japcore fanatic, so he just had a standing order at a local import magazine shop.  Guess Doll must have some sort of North American distribution arrangement, because Jonas just got a call once a month to come in a pick up the latest issue.

Oh, and if you're ordering from Japan, the best shop to deal with is probably Boy Records Tokyo.  Boy and Doll are run by the same people (along with Dogma label, which released classic early records by GISM, Rose Rose and the Comes).
