If you know anyone that lives around Ann Arbor, MI I can guarantee you that Encore Records probably has between 1 to 5 copies of that record. They keep all of the local bands in stock.

Steve steve steve - You REALLY need to start trusting those of us around here who rave about that shit when it is still readily available, especially now that you tastes have loosened up a bit. Have you snagged either of the Thomas Function 7"s yet?

I've gotta second on the Thomas Function - that first one.... HOLY SHIT... even on your crappiest, crabbiest day, stick that on and it'll put you in a good mood. Only listened to the second one once so far so the hooks haven't sunk in yet, but I'm sure they will.

The band sent out an email recently saying they're down to their last few copies, but I think some distros (Goner last time I checked) still have this.

Yeah, but it's hard to know WHAT stuff to trust you guys on. There's stuff like, say, Hue Blanc that doesn't really float my boat, but people act like they are amazing. I don't have the cash to buy everything I read about, so I go by what I hear. "Honda" didn't do much for me when I heard it on myspace last summer, but "Mary Ellen Claims" made instant sense to me. I don't have either Thomas Function singles, but I like their songs on myspace. If those are gonna be gone soon I'll have to snatch 'em up.

And to bring this thread back to its original point: I STILL NEED THIS TYVEK SINGLE!!!! DOOODS!!! I know from experience selling records there are a lot of you sitting on multiple copies...can't SOMEBODY help me out? Please?
