some of 'em do, but you can get most of the teens for $10-15. it is pretty crazy. i have no idea how many issues they print, but my girlfriend got me a subscription for christmas and the newest issue (and the first of my subscription) never showed up. so she called them and they said they'd send it out, but it was "literally the last copy." then again, James Brown is on the cover so it might have sold a little more quickly.
