Most likely recovering from the Zero Boys the night before!  Maybe the Tyrades at Deliahs.

Don't really like going out on New Years though, always way too crowded and too many people getting stupid cuz they only drink on NYE and St Pats.  Never had good experiences going out on that night.

Aluminum Knot Eye and the Mistreaters early (Circle A), then The Kind of Jazz Music That Kills and some "secret mystery band" that's supposedly a big deal at Riverwest Commons in Milwaukee. I like celebrating New Years with good bands and friends - it's a good holiday. Just hitting the bars sucks, but then again, that usually sucks (for me) anyway.

Some heavy drinking at home.

Watching a dvd or two. Maybe I go to the pub.

Yet I really wouldn't know, I'll see.

Anyway, have a great New Years Eve, guys (girls). Enjoy but be carefull.

Sweet 2006

I think drinking to the point of alcohol poisoning and then drag racing in front of the police station are on the agenda for Saturday. But of course, I shall do so safely!

I heard through the grapevine that the band formerly known as the Shutups will be doing a Zero Boys cover set. One would assume that they would be the mystery band.

Ehhh.. I really want to drop off Junior and the Grand Rapids boys, and head to see the Clone Defects... but I think $ is going to be to tight to pull that off. I'll probally end up just hanging out and getting drunk in Grand Crapids with friends, or maybe checking out that Kraftbrau show if I'm feeling up to it after the Zero Boys insanity.

Yes, the same Shutups who hated "Rip Off shit" but were almost signed to the label and made a big deal about it and did a Problematics cover set around that time, the same Shutups who have had 37 different members, the same Shutups who have had Eric on bass, on guitar, just singing, Lugs on bass, Lugs on drums, etc., the same Shutups who were "Shutup" and pop punk, the same Shutups were have been a metal band, a Junk Records band, a Dwarves-style band, a hardcore (speed) band, the same Shutups who added an organ to get a Lost Sounds sound but hate Lost Sounds, the same Shutups. An enigma wrapped in a bratwurst.
