Anyone play those Eastwood guitars? I thought about getting their Mosrite knockoff since its plenty cheaper than a real Mosrite.
The couple Eastwood's I've played on have felt pretty solid, Daniel from Wax Museums uses an Eastwood Mosrite and last I heard he dug it.

The Eastwood Hi-Flyers are great.  Buzzsaw tone, looks cool, solid as a rock.  The only problems are that the P-90s they have in there squeal like crazy and its a bit on the heavy side.  But a friend of mine used to own a genuine Mosrite and said that the Eastwood was a better guitar (wider neck, less flimsy).

Finally got my phantom yesterday. It's awesome! Was a little worried about ordering a guitar without trying it out, but it feels great. Best guitar I've ever played. The case is really cool, too.

I recently sold my NAME BRAND GUITAR Firebird and I'm considering purchasing a Phantom Guitarworks guitar.. Probably leaning towards a hollow body teardrop though. Will keep the thread posted as this eventuates.

Does anyone have the link that someone posted in another thread to the guitar guy (I think he was in the Bay Area) who made parts? I think he had a Firebird style pickup that I wanna order and throw into the neck position on my Telecaster.

I have an Epiphone Les Paul Junior

As long as your dragging up old shit here, I recently had a new hole routed into one of these and stuck a P-90 in the neck position. Replaced the tone pot with a blend pot for pick up selection.

Nice. How's it sound?

I've been thinking about getting a new one to finally make an NES Paul.

I'm not crazy about the blend pot. Thinking of doing independent volumes with a push/pull for series/parallel, just the fuck of it.
